Next Generation Pastor - Part-Time Position

The Next Generation Pastor at Southside exists to serve as a catalyst beside parents to equip our next generation to have a vibrant relationship with Jesus that lasts throughout their life. This position will give guidance to the entire children and youth ministry at Southside, but will be directly responsible for working with the youth grades sixth through twelve.

This position is part-time 15-20 hours per week.

Southside has a long, positive history in Greensboro. The church family is currently going through a revitalization where we are seeking to grow into a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church family.

The vision of Southside is to reach our community for Christ. Almost everything we do is centered around this vision.

Qualifications

Must be a born-again follower of Jesus who possesses a growing faith
Willing to work hard
Willing to minister to and reach the children and youth in our church and community, across all boundaries
Able to develop and implement a plan to help the children and youth at Southside grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ
Affirms the Baptist Faith and Message 2000

Worship Pastor - Part-Time Position

The Worship Pastor at Southside Baptist exists to lead the entire church family in worship, participates directly with staff to coordinate worship services, facilitates special music events, and cultivates a heart for God-honoring worship across all generations.
